Houston Astros v Washington Nationals
July 11, 2008

Nats Park, Section 104, Row T

Tonight’s sunset over the Anacostia River turned the sky a beautiful shade of pink over the left field wall at Nationals Park.

A match up between a couple teams hanging on to bottom spots in their respective divisions.
The Astros put Roy Oswalt on the mound while the Nats had Tim Redding starting.

Oswalt lasted an entire inning and left the game due to an injury. Haverhill MA's Chad Paronto came in for relief in the 2nd for the Astros. He quickly gave up 2 run shot to the pole in left field from Ronnie Belliard. This was Belliard's first of two homers tonight.

Austin Kearns went deep for home team in the 6th.

In the President's Race in the 4th, Teddy came out of the gate and ran towards left field while the other 3 presidents ran to right field, and the finish line. Abe won his 5th race in a row tonight.

In a rare win, the Nationals won 10-0.
