Minnesota Vikings v Philadelphia Eagles, December 6, 1992 Veterans Stadium, Sec 272 Row 23
I suspect this was a cold weather game being the seat location is a buddy's father's tickets. He would not go to night games or cold games. And I was often the recipient of the extra ticket.
Eagles Randall Cunningham ran one in from the 1 yard line in the 1st after Minnesota's Faud Reviez kicked a 32 yard field goal. Minnesota upped the score to 10-7 on a Terry Allen rush from the 3 yard line. Health Sherman, for the Eagles, poked in a 1 yarder before the half allowing the home team to take 14-10 lead into the intermission.
The 2nd half gave us more of the same. 1 yard pokes from both Minnesota's Allen and Philly's Cunningham. Seth Joyner picked a Sean Salisbury pass in the 4th and ran it back 24 yards for a touchdown, and the back breaker for the Vikings.
